So, I thought my weight was the same today but it is not. See, this is why I had the scales in the dang car. I become obsessed and weigh every day. I follow the rule of weighing at the same time everyday. However, that didn't work this morning. Me weighing a bit later made another 1 pound difference. Thinking I was just retaining a bit more water or something at first. I want a 5 pound lost this week. That is my goal. 5 pounds ladies and gentlemen in 1 week. Can she do it!!! Well, only one way to find out...challenge onward...........................>

So many things effect our water weight and the scales. Hormones, stress, exercise, sodium levels, sickness, inflammation, etc. So you can do everything right, weigh the same time and still see a temporary gain. The scale doesn't always reflect our progress. As long as your chart has a mostly downward trend, you are doing great.
