Tim Huffman's Journal, 18 January 2014

Made it to the gym yesterday and had a pretty good workout. Plan to do an extra long cardio session this afternoon and might go out for a big high calorie lunch. I've been eating well under RDI but just don't feel like I'm getting the movement I want the past two weeks (I was down 1 lb this week as of this morning). This is giving me the realization that cardio and weight training are a huge part in my weight loss and carving out time during the week will be key to my success. Starting next week I plan to start High carb and low carb days and I'm even seriously kicking around the idea of adding a weekly fast day in the mix. I guess I have some decisions to make.

Well your chart looks great and you don't have much left to lose, so a pound is week is pretty normal. The less you have to lose, the slower and harder it can be to get off. So great job on the loss!

I think my target actualy needs to be 180. I had soooo much water and junk in my system from the holidays that I had a huge week 1 drop and after that I've been clawing and scratching. It's a grind right. Thanks for the support.
