Made it to the gym yesterday and had a pretty good workout. Plan to do an extra long cardio session this afternoon and might go out for a big high calorie lunch. I've been eating well under RDI but just don't feel like I'm getting the movement I want the past two weeks (I was down 1 lb this week as of this morning). This is giving me the realization that cardio and weight training are a huge part in my weight loss and carving out time during the week will be key to my success. Starting next week I plan to start High carb and low carb days and I'm even seriously kicking around the idea of adding a weekly fast day in the mix. I guess I have some decisions to make.
Have a great Saturday everyone.

Well your chart looks great and you don't have much left to lose, so a pound is week is pretty normal. The less you have to lose, the slower and harder it can be to get off. So great job on the loss!

Enjoy the Cardio and the Mexican lunch Draglist. Are you liking the daily IF? Hope you get the jolt your looking for. Enjoy your weekend burn to earn buddy.
Suzi, thank you. I think my target actualy needs to be 180. I had soooo much water and junk in my system from the holidays that I had a huge week 1 drop and after that I've been clawing and scratching. It's a grind right. Thanks for the support.

My thought for today for myself and others is; hope is the key to success, and all things are possible through Jesus Christ. In him does my hope rest upon.
