This weekend is it for me. I have to stop saying "I'm going to exericse" and do it. Just as I set a goal for the food aspect of my diet, I am now setting one for the exercise aspect. My date starts tomorrow. I did do a little walking last night--in the wholesale club and pet store--LOL.

That is a lot of walking ... those warehouse's are big! I am trying to do the same thing. We will have to keep each other motivated. :)

You can get a whole lot of exercise in one of those box stores - not to mention agility training dodging the crowds! Best of luck.

I find that some weeks the weekend is the only time I can fit exercise in. Make it the first thing on your to do list. Exercise first before doing anything else, then it is done. Good Luck!

LOL--not to mention, weight training! They sell in bulk, so everything is heavy! I'm trying to get on here more, the past couple of days are really hectic. Will try to get on to see everyone's post's this weekend!

I admit to not liking to exercise so now I look at it more like a chore, I don't necessarily like doing housework but if I don't do it I'm not going to like the results of that either. Take each day as it comes and work it from there. Hope you have wonderful day.

If you find an exercise that you love and is fun! You can't wait to do it everyday you can. For me it's zumba, running on my elliptical, and yoga.
