It feels good to be back here... and back on the wagon. I managed to gain 20 lbs over the summer and fall. I am so tired of this. I want to lose it again, get down to a moderate (for me at 5'8") 150 and keep it there. Losing it is like a game. Keeping it off is impossible for me. Off to the gym.
