Wrote this before.......I got into something i shouldn't, chocolate chips I feel sick. Let myself get too hungry and just crabbed what was convenient.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 January 2014:

I bought a big bag of baby carrots just for that reason.... they're good but don't taste like choco chips! grrrrrrrrr.....

Don't be too hard on yourself. You've done great and it was a "treat" day. If there's anymore left, toss them in the trash--LOL--seriously. Tomorrow's a new day. If you do buy cookies, don't buy a big pack. Some stores sell the little packs and they are perfect for a treat day. You can only binge a little at a time then.

I agree that you should not be so hard on yourself, your current weight loss is great. I struggle with the same few pounds on and off, back and forth, every week. I ate nonstop the last two days because of stress.

Thank you amarti. Stress....boredom sometimes. Being tired all play into this. So frustrating. The sick feeling is bothering me the most right now.

Push some water... I don't like it when I do this to myself. Did you take stuff with you to work to "hold you over" on your way home?

Chocolate Chips are the worst - so small and so delicious, you can eat so many without realizing. Hopefully you'll be able to throw them away (I know how hard that is) and not let tonight's small slip bring you down.

It's so frustrating when we "fall off the wagon", but as John Wayne would say, we just need to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off & get right back on that "ol' horse" of eating right, hee hee.
