First day back to work since surgery. Really very tired. Made fairly good choices today but did have chocolate at work......wasn't in excess, because, of course people around, but I wanted more!!! Glad it was at work and not at home!!! Hope I can work myself back up. Before surgery I would exercise, too tired. Feb. 11, I should be able to go back to my stationary bike and hula hooping.
