starting fresh on a brand new "lifestyle change". We'll see how this goes!! Started off this morning feeling like I was doing great. Had a shake on the way to work, no coffee. I didn't plan my snacks very well, so I went and bought what I thought were healthy snacks. String cheese (not too terrible) and Hummus with pretzel chips (holy high fat!!!) Gotta get supplies at home to bring with me to prevent this from happening again!! I am excited for this new change. I have to do something, I have been slowly going up on the scale the past few years, and I can't stand it anymore!!
