Has anyone ever heard of the "Slim Fast" Diet? I was running with someone that says she is consuming 1300 cal daily! Hey! Isn't that unhealthy?

Slim fast diet is just using the slim fast products in place of some meals. 1300 calories is okay for some people. The less you weigh, the less calories you need, so small people trying to lose weight might eat 1300 to help them lose. Each person is different. It's best to not go under 1200 per day, because it becomes hard to get in all the proper nutrients.
