I had a good day! Met my goal of more water and less carbohydrates. I even got some exercise. Going up and down the stairs putting away our Christmas decorations. The end result was feeling good but my hip hurt more than normal.
Joan has jumped into the weight loss program too with both feet. She is an inspiration. Go Joan!
