See what happens when you don’t get back on track after taking a week off!!?? Errr!!! Thanksgiving week got so busy then last week was busy putting up Christmas! I fell off track, didn’t exercise, ate whatever I wanted and BAM!!! Instant 5 pounds! Damnit!! And it’s just getting colder and I want warm comfort food!!! 5 pounds seems super excessive, but that’s what the scale said this morning!!! I did exercise yesterday, but didn’t track my food ! Back at it again today!!
