So for Christmas my mom got me a heart rate monitor and at first I was disappointed because I asked for a pedometer lol. BUT this thing is awesome! If its accurate that is. It is so motivational to look at it and see how many calories I am burning. I make sure to do a heart rate scan like every two minutes so my calorie burn is as accurate as possible. It started a little rough this morning with too big of a bowl of cereal and I certainly wasn't inspired to have a good diet day but a great work out changed that! I feel really good today and I know I can eat good the rest of the day. Also school will be starting back up again soon and I am taking a weightlifting class so hopefully that will help me stay on track too. I am so excited!
