ok people it is starting to get boring. I like meat so I am looking forward to day 10 so I can bake some kind of meat. I can honestly say that I haven't cheated but I am not very creative on those detox meals either.

I'm on day 6 and have done very well also....I too am looking forward to grilling a chicken and adding it into my salads. The detox hasn't been too hard really enjoying my egg white omelets in the morning or oatmeal with fruit. Lunch is usually salad or yogurt and fruit, and dinner is usually brown rice w/beans and salsa or veggies......Hope it helps give you some ideas :)

I am on day 4 and sticking to it SHOCKINGLY! Mystic - what do you put in your omelets? I am so picky I dont really like a lot of things like tomatoes or peppers - having a hard time getting protein as I dont like beans. What are your thoughts about hummus? I bought some that was all natural and wondering if its oke to eat that. Keep up the great work!!

Hummus is beans. White beans (Garbonzo or ChickPeas), Garlic, Lemon Juice, Salt , Olive Oil, and Tahini Paste (which is Sesame Seeds & Oil). I don't know what you can eat on Fat Flush, but I hope this helps. You can Google "meal ideas for Fat Flush Diet" maybe you'll find something there. Boredom is a diet killer!

I have to agree. Though I stuck to it. It was quite boring. Same ol' veggies. Now that I am on Day 9. I'm not sure if I will be going back to meat. I've heard bad things about the hormone in chicken anyway. I haven't eaten beef or pork in years. Fish has too much mercury if you eat too much. So what to do but eat veggies.
