I don't understand, once I started eating meat, I started gaining. Do I have to become a vegan? What's up. I ate Chicken some fish, dear burger and more chicken. I just don't understand

I followed reasonably well but I chose to eat chicken instead of different meats throughout the day. I don't care for a lot of other meats, but I still weighed it and it was baked. I even had a birthday on saturday the 17th and went out for dinner. I had water and baked chicken without rice they added more beggies. Steamed veggies.No desert but I had 2 small peices of rye fresh baked bread and a small chicken nugget or whatever my husband had. I waited till he just had one left then I asked for a taste. This way I didn't have any more to ask for. So I think I've done pretty good. Sweets are my weekness but I haven't had it. Thank God

WOW day 10 and I am down 10 pounds. I have to pat myself on the back because I swas strick to the diet. Not cheating. I did get tired of fruit but I kept at it. I look forward to my knees feeling good again. Not only that, I have a cousin getting married in August on the beach and I don't want to be looking like a baby whate LOL

ok people it is starting to get boring. I like meat so I am looking forward to day 10 so I can bake some kind of meat. I can honestly say that I haven't cheated but I am not very creative on those detox meals either.
