Week two took a quick halt on the drop. I can only hope all the extra water has been lost and I am loosing straight fat now. None the less I’m going to start my day with keto coffee and try to keep the ball rolling.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 23.1 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
