Completed week 1 of 28 day challenge exercises. In addition, I did 55 squats and held my plank for 55 seconds.
I haven't been following the eating plan or eating right. Today is the 1st day I make a commitment to eat right/ better for the next 28 days. Possibly use meals from eating plan and incorporate Soups and NutiBlasts.
