This week I have been doing 50 squats and 50 second plank for my challenges. Tomorrow I will do 60 squats and up my plank to 55 seconds. In addition, I'm doing 28 day challenge exercises, Yoga stretch for 7 minutes in morning, and 30 Yoga at night (shoulder,back,hips, whatever feels tight)

I'm retired now so I need to increase my workout activity to make up for not having the movement that comes from just going to work and walking to and from your car. I think I'll bike to store just to walk around. If I go. To Home Depot, I won't be tempted to purchase. I've added 13 minutes Ripped (35-100 clean & press, 50 push ups 50 pull ups). I'm thinking of adding Ideal Body exercises since it's only 3-4 moves.

Next week I will add 28 day eating plan.
