Monday, time to refocus. The wife is recovering better than anyone thought she would. So that is a relief. been off work for a week. Yeah... not good. the routine's shot, and I ate everything I could find, in every nook, cranny, and hiding place in the house and pantry. I was a living vacuum cleaner. Today I get to drive 200 miles to present offers on one of my properties....
But, I am trying a elixer my sister gave me to calm the digestive track. Day #2 for that. and I am digging into my green whole food smoothies to give my stomack a break from surgar, wheat, donut hell! lol.

water 6oz, apple cider vinegar 1tbs, lemon juice 1tps, sweetner a few drops, cajon pepper pinch, cinnamon pinch, Ginger pinch, mix all together and drink 20 minutes before eating, twice a day. eases gastrol challenges.

that sounds like me... a human garbage disposal we call it in my house lol some days when I'm having a bad mental health day (#ptsd) i will eat everything in sight and bake all day long my kids love it but my health not so much lol
