Oh, today I am soooo hungry! This is what happens, I start fine and then hunger creeps in. But I am aware of it and am trying to focus on losing weight. I say to myself, "If I choose to eat this, I will not lose the weight that I really really say I want to lose." Ideally I would go out and exercise and do something to distract myself, but I am at work at a computer and it is too easy to focus on my hunger!!
