Back to using the app and the website to get back down a couple pounds. Using this website, Weight Watchers meals and weighing in grams not ounces has helped to achieve my goals which I am very pleased with. Also weighing in every morning lets me keep a tight rein on when i drifting in the wrong direction. So here we go with recommitting to losing some more.
