I must be mindful of late night eating. First of all, I need to go to bed at a reasonable hour. Late night gaming/snacking is sabotaging my efforts.

Ahhhh, so true. Your numbers look great, by the way! Very high protein, very low carbs. Looking good!!! :D The only keys I would add to the paleo diet you're doing: 1) I hope you're getting tons of water (you should be drinking at least 160 oz of water a day, that's 20 - 8oz glasses a day); 2) Get lots of sleep. Try to get at least 8 hours. It is amazing how much your body needs the sleep to rebuild / metabolize properly when it is stressed (and diets are stressful); 3) Don't eat after 8PM (just got some other reasons for that today; Ugh! I had no idea it was so important); 4) Get some kind of extra exercise in -- anything will help. Even if it is just dancing around your house a bit. But walking at the fastest pace you can do for as long as you can (work yourself up to a half hour a day) is the best! You're soooo GOING TO DO THIS, F4F3!!! :D You're going to beat this thing.

I needed to read your comment, Rob. I needed hope. I can do this - I just have to change some very bad habits like being up all night and snacking. I am drinking more water than I used to but I need to get more down. I was doing good today but somehow managed to sabotage my efforts. This time, I'm getting back in the saddle. Tomorrow I'll do better. Bless you! You don't even know me but you are supporting me. I appreciate it! I'm going to beat this thing.
