Fasting a.m. blood sugar 132; weight 168.1
Plan: egg fast, Keto/IF/exercise
Frosted last night but was light enough that it just singed some leaves in garden. Tomatoes still ok. I pulled the plastic cover off the beans and harvested them today. Supposed to be some warm days ahead. Fresh green beans cooked with bacon tasted scrumptious for lunch. Bedtime glucose 83, so I ate a cheese stick and some peanuts.
