Melissa0305's Journal, 14 December 2010

So, day three on the new WW is going so so. I am finding it difficult to stay in my point range. I think it is just going to be a trial and error. Last night I did well, but the first night I wound up having a peanut butter sandwich and fritos because I got too hungry! (def didn't log that!)

Tonight is going well. I am sipping a granda hot tea from Starbucks. Protein is definitely the key to the new WW plan. I like it because I think before I was consuming way too many processed carbs.

Gonna try to get up for the gym tomorrow! I really need to try to make that a new habit! Concentrate on one thing at a time though, eh?

Remember that fruit and veggies are free, so you really shouldn't get too hungry. Plenty of protein and high fiber will keep you fuller longer. It takes time to get used to the new plan (although I don't think it's that much different from the old one). Good luck!

Good job! Let me know if you made it to the gym.. what is your target number of days for the week? Espescially with school and work etc, I find that it is much easier to have a set # of days committed to so that if something comes up or if I'm not feeling it that day, I'm still making my goals.. Idk if thats something you think might help or not. Today is another (the last!) day of studying for me... its so sedentary and time consuming, but it must be done. One more exam to go! Then it will be 24 days of vacation, which I'm using to do a lot of home workouts! Talk to you soon... keep up the good work! And remember, ww has the flexpoints if you need them.. just keep tracking! :D
