I woke up this morning feeling soooo sore from my workout yesterday, but still did it again this morning!! If anyone is looking for a good, quick workout, look into Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. She does a routine of 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs, circuiting through for 20 minutes. Doesn't sound like much, but it is a great workout!

Did good with eating yesterday. Complained to hubby that I was 'feeling munchy' after dinner and he suggested that I make some popcorn-- Great Idea!! Only 1 point for 5 cups and it's also a 'filling food'! So I didn't end up cheating, and I had his support! Score! :)

Well, gotta get ready for work. I expect we'll be pretty busy today!

thats the same dvd im using at the time to...an although i didnt wake up sore, i did sweat alot per workout...i think its a great dvd...keep up the great workouts, it will pay off !!!
