Still having trouble getting back on track. Worked out for an hour yesterday. Having a really hard time eating less right now. I'm always hungry! I hate it.

High fiber and high protein will keep you fuller longer. Try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals every few hours with some protein at each meal. It keeps your blood sugar more even and you feel less hungry. It can also keep your metabolism reved up.
