I think I finally got myself refocused, just in time too. I am hanging out @ 189 but at least I am back below 190. We had a treat exchange at work today. I will not eat any of them. I have them bagged up and I told my family I am bringing home treats today. I think I have finally overcome my chocolate cravings too. The other day I was at work heading to through the lunch room and I started heading to the vending machine when it occured to me....why are you going after chocolate, it will not make you feel better, in fact it will make you feel worse, because after you are done eating it you will beat yourself up for having eaten it. So, no chocolate. :) Have a great day everyone.
