well today i flubbed a little. i ate some roast beef slices again but thank god! the sandwiches are gone!! so no more sandwich meat. i went over my 500 cals by 3 cals cuz of that stupid sandwich. I am so mad at myself :( i am down two pds wonder if will still the same tomorow or will loose. i am starting to drink water more like you are supposed to. it aint too bad. well hope things go better tomorow now that the temptation is gone!
