Bad week... nxt week will be challenging as I cannot train the way I want to because of my 'shower slip'... I'm so annoyed...
Feel like i'm loosing momentum - couldn't even go to gym today. Next weekend I have a charity 15km walk and don't even know if i'm gonna be able to make it..
Well let's see how this week goes and how the knee holds up...
198.4 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Come on!!!!!!! You only have a little more to go. Dig your heals in stay on track. You don't need exercise to lose. Even if you maintain for a week or two, that is still great. But you can do this! Now get going and no excuses.

thanx for the motivation Suzi... i just am hard on myself cause i don't want to get complacent... scared i'm gonna pick up the weight i lost.. it petrifies me...
