Fasting blood sugar 122; weight 171.1 OOOPS! celebrated too soon! Back to work! Plan: Keto/IF/exercise/ Egg fast Hubby surprised me with a delicious ham & sausage omelet this morning. He is a great cook! Discovered this morning the batteries needed to be replaced in my scales -- I lost five pounds just by taking a shower! Seemed a little suspicious. Replaced the batteries and will have to wait for tomorrow morning to see if I really lost below 170! Did not walk or ride exercise bike but did arm exercises with weights. Was a fairly sedentary day. Hi rhontique! And Thanks! At my age, and with Co-vid around, the blood sugar is the most important measurement I take daily. Doctors say as your body ages, it loses the ability to produce insulin and they keep increasing the amount of meds they give you. As long as I can control it by diet, even if it can't be cured, it is essentially non-existent and not undermining my other physical processes. FS is my best friend!
