Well here I am again. Like a freaking yo-yo. I keep going up and down, up and down. Each time I say it won't happen again, but then I fail. I need motivation. I need support. I am determined to make my 2010 new years resolution come true...BEFORE the year ends!!! So I have one month to reach my weight loss goal. It doesn't seem like I can actually achieve it. But if I go for it 150% then at least I'll be a heck of a lot closer to my goal than I am right now.
So here goes to my end of the year resolution! LETS DO IT!!
