Well, here I am, humbled and beaten. I was at a great place a few months ago, and let it all go. So, here I am, getting ready to start phase 2!!! I have seen the light and see that this is a change of life, not just diet. Although it will be a harder journey, it will be soooo worth it. Sorry I was gone for so long. I'm glad to be back and in the trenches with you all.
