After being on a plateau for awhile the scale budged! Only 2 pounds. But I'm so glad it moved. A bit frustrating after you see pounds shed off during the first few weeks. I added a bit more cardio than what I usually do to get off this plateau. Other good news I didn't comfort eat today despite my allergies. Filled up on plenty of protein though :)
