Long weekends are never quite the holiday for me that they are for everyone else. Between family things (cooking, cleaning, keeping everyone entertained) and work things, (customer service, blending, bottling, packaging), my "long" weekends often end up very long indeed.
The Husband made an amazing WFPB meatloaf for dinner and we had leftovers + salads + fruit for most of the weekend. And, I found a local place that makes vegan donuts. That's going to be an issue.
I'm down another inch in my waist. And another 1-2 inches everywhere else.
I won't be running this week because of the smoke. I've lived in places with hurricanes, tidal waves, tornadoes, and, earthquakes. Nothing freaks me out anywhere near as much as the fires here do.
In total defiance of the over 100-degree temps. I'm drinking a maple caramel latte and pretending that it's Autumn.
