I have decided to change my goal weight of something that I can really achieve. I have realized that late but it is better than never. I was so focused on 170 that I sabotaged my own goal. My emotional state of mind is wacky but it will get better eventually. Have a Great Day!

I love mini-goals myself. I started at 220, and while my ultimate goal is 135, smaller goals (198, 185, 170, 155) have really helped me to not get overwhelmed.
