Finally after 2 weeks of holding steady, I've lost 2 lbs...I hope it doesn't take 2 more weeks to lose more. I think my body just needed to adjust to the extra training I've been doing the past 2 weeks. Took a yoga class at the YMCA for the first time yesterday and really loved it! It felt great...especially after a 4 mile run.
