I knew this day would come. Today I had the first gain since I started dieting on 8/30/10. It was only 0.2 pounds, but it was a gain. I knew that the potluck dinner at church was going to be a challenge. I will be exercising tonight to hopefully see this gone. I will be in control of my body, not the other way around.

If you had a Thanksgiving potluck and only gained .2 pounds, that is amazing. Be proud of yourself. That is pee in the pot, nothing. You will have that off and more in no time.
