I really fell off the bandwagon these last few days and I am actually scared to weigh myself. I have been stressed out and tired so i haven't made good choices. I know that the only way I will be able to to this is if I'm honest so I will weigh in a little later. I was thinking of going back to weight watchers but I don't really think that would be best for me. I am going to check out other's recipes and see what I can add to our menu plans.
