I have been on the road lately and haven't had time to blog about my paleo progress. But things are settled down now and I will be back in action! Just because I have been on the road doesn't mean that I have caved or given up on the paleo diet. Actually the first month documenting my food intake and just getting into a routine of things made things easier for me. I know how my body does and I know my busy days so I can fit in preparation of meals and grocery shopping.
I think this month and December are probably the toughest for a lot of people. Family dinners and holidays tends to bring back bad habits. I usually tend to fill up on all the healthy stuff before big dinners so I won't be inclined or feel obligated to eat :) Call me weird but it works.
