I am trying to decide where to go from here. I bumped in to a poesy (sp?) of ladies at work yesterday, right after I had weighed in BLUE. They were actually talking about such things (weight loss) and they asked me how it was going. Told them I hit the 30lbs off marker. They said I looked good (nice). I told them I was planning to lose about 15 more and they all said "no don't" ... you look good now. So now I am wondering.
I have looked at the healthy weight stuff, but I cannot imagine ever being that light (160lbs). I think that's too thin for my body type and I would look horrible.
Thoughts?
