By my calculations, Shouldn’t I be like 15lbs lighter today? I’m confused because I burned 3000 cal, and only consumed a little over 1000. I feel like I shudda woke up lighter! 😂 but really, this is why I don’t go by the scale, and go by how I feel!

It took me a couple of months to get into a groove until I saw actual lbs going down. I even gained weight at first when I started working out. Keep going with all your efforts and it’ll all pay off soon! Focus on CICO, extra protein, and keep crushing your workouts and you’ll start seeing awesome results. If I could do it, anyone can.

Jess does great! Huge transformation in the last year and a half. Just having a bit of a stall. Holding onto water weight at the moment. Weight will definitely be going away!

I had a similar experience. I lost 55 out of 65 lbs that I gained during pregnancy and then stalled on the last 10-15 lbs. Best of luck and good job on all your progress already.

I don't even bother with the scale anymore. I've dropped hella weight as nothing, including my underwear, fit at all anymore. I've had to donate my spandex workout pants and they slide down when I workout. However, my scale has been stuck around the same number for three weeks now, and that can be attributed to hormones, muscle growth, water weight, and one hundred other things.

That scale can really mess with your head. I try to stay off it. Weighing once a month now.
