So today was my first day of school with food already prepped. It was so much easier to snack that way. I also didn't feel like I wanted to eat the entire kitchen when I got home. It seems I am still not eating enough once I put my calories in and I wonder if that is stopping me from losing weight. I did join 2 challenges and the hardest for me will be the weigh in challenge because you are not suppose to weigh yourself more than once. I really hope I can stick with this because I deserve to feel good. Plus I want my kids to proud of me.
