Yesterday was a really crazy busy day and I ended up missing one of my 3 hour meals. This is frustrating to me because I am having a hard enough time eating enough calories as it is. I guess I could just add more food to each meal but really I am just not that hungry. I go to check back in with the Dr. tomorrow so maybe he can answer some questions about that for me. One of my biggest issues is not being able to have calcium with me medicine. I have been told that you should eat your carbs in the morning so that you have a chance to work them off through out the day but I can't find carbs that don't have calcium. I started out 4 weeks ago at 237 pounds and noticed good weight loss the first 2 1/2 weeks but my body is slowing since then. Actually it has stopped since then. I am wondering if it is the medicine or if the low amount of calories I seem to be consuming. Please God help me to start seeing results soon so that I don't get discouraged.
