This was today's meditation and it's apropos for a lot going on in my life at the moment.
I also think it relates to weight loss, or can. When I first got serious about getting healthy, the sheer amount that I had to lose was incredibly daunting. 100lbs in 1-3lb increments *feels* huge. I set my goals to 10lbs at a time and focused on lifestyle changes. So my weight goals were the small ones and the lifestyle changes were the big ones.
I have a long and busy day today.
