Oh Squiggs, how do you do it. I wouldn't be sane anylonger if it was happening to me. I just don't know how you do it. You are so strong. Are the after shocks and quakes a seasonal thing or do they happen all year long? I will pray that they stop so you can get back into a normal state of well-being. Hang in there and take care.:)

Thanks! Laurie they are the aftershocks from the 7.1 we had in September. Normally earthquakes are very rarely felt in our city. But since Sept 4th we have had almost 3000 aftershocks. We had a nice quiet week before yesterday, now we are all freaked again. I barely slept a wink last night :( The floors in our house are creaking much much more than before, near the toilet and bath are probably the most disturbing ones LOL. One interesting thing, hubby said he was watching his fish when a big one struck yesterday and he said the fish all swam into the middle of the tank - really fast!

Dear friend, I'm so sorry for what you are having to deal with. I found it very intersting what your husband saw with the fish in the tank swimming in the middle of the tank. Don't know as I would like to use the bathroom right now even though drinking all the water that we do makes us have to go all the time. You are in my prayers for better days to come and for peace in the midst of the storm. We Can Do It With God's Help!!!

Squiggs...Why do all the big aftershocks seem to hit at night? Any theories? I really thought that the earth was calming down in your area and that the worst was over. Was this that big aftershock they had been predicting for so long? I wish there was something I could do for you.....

Yup Cindy I was terrified to go pee for the first month or so, but thankfully only got caught once really badly LOL. Sandy they hit at any time of the day or night, I guess they are just more frightening at night, because of the darkness and also because that is when the big one hit. We thought it was calming down but I guess we still have quite a few biggies to go.... Stef yes they are! And they survived over two months in a small chillybin instead of a big tank! Felt only one yesterday so it wasn't so bad. Hoping for none today LOL. Better go get dressed just in case though..... rofl! Thank you everyone for your prayers and kind words - they really do help!
