sugars up and down, doctors don't know why. Had a 3 day glucose monitor on that shows my sugars drop to 60/70s around 2am, then spike high at 7am, then level off during the day. I was put on Jardiance to see if that will level things. Now sugars higher then before, Keto no longer controlling them. I'm so tired of this. I don't know what to do anymore.
