Day 74 (Week 11): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST Week 5 Cruise to Lose!
Good morning PEOPLES!!!! Okay so no more talk of brisk winds, brrr winter is here. Burns more calories to stay, warm, though, right? Wishing good healthy goals made and met to all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!!!!!!!!
I was still a little on the low end of calories yesterday. I was soooo busy just running and doing until after 10PM last night. I may try to actually eat a bit more today. Zig-zagging works for me, but each time I TRY to brush the limbo pole it does not happen LOL. How WEIRD is that? Maybe my body is starting to need fewer calories. I will have to think on that.
Old Man Scale: He cut me a wee little bit of slack this morning. down .5... Need to exercise and add more water. I need to settle down at work and make sure I drink 3-4 of my bottles today. So up and at 'em today!

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August. Mid-range: 245 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 18lbs from challeneg start, 21.5 from my August start! Finally blew this outta the water for good! Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. 8 from now. Still a s..t...r...e...t...c...h but soo VERY doable :) So I am stretching for all I am worth! Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)

I love the cold weather for wearing wool jackets and collegiate-looking clothing to work. I also have a "thing" for gloves, mittens, and scarves that I rotate in their colors. Your journal today is PROOF-POSITIVE that one has to eat to lose weight! Depriving one's self makes the body hang onto the fat it has. Eat healthy and take care of that BEEEEEEEYOOOOOOOOTEEEEEEFUUUUUULLLLLLL you! Can you tell I am one of Mr. Losin' is Fun's buddies? Ha!

LOL I know I am doing well, but I would really like to be back at my low point in the next coupla days so I can blow past it working on my ceiling goal by the eNd of the month...I also need to schedule my day at the spa as my reward for hitting the goals I have achieved in the Novemeber or Bust Challenege :) My Open House this week-end SHOULD pay for it LOL
