OOPS! looks like I messed up on the calories a bit. still haven't got my head round the counting business yet! does any one know of an easy system to count before you eat them?

I weigh and measure everything, before I eat, then either subtract or add the amount of ounces or cups of what I eat, to be able to stay within my calories.
