Today is yet another beginning....or maybe an ending to something I don't want to do anymore, that is, believing that I can't do this. Running 3x per week, NO MATTER WHAT. Must do the cardio & strength training together. Eating only 1500 calories per day Monday - Saturday, NO MATTER WHAT! Sunday, I can go to 1800 because of long run. Okay, log everyday - NO MATTER WHAT.
It's the NO MATTER WHAT way of life.
