Today starting to try and loose weight once again...Frustrated because I never seem to have the energy to be able to put in the effort needed to loose weight.. Going to try not only eating less portions, but better quality of foods....I love sauces and fried foods way to much... Going to eat smaller meals and healthier meals and eat every 2-3 hours in the hopes of increasing metablolism.. Also, going to try and get back to some weight lifting to increase metabolism.. Can't seem to run or jog a this point too much pain on the knees & shin splints... Just fast walking & riding bike for now...
