Well Start of a work week....I keep thinking that I am not getting enought Protien and fiber in my diet, which might be a reason why I struggle in the energy department a bit, but feel that due to the lack of these two I don't feel full or comfortable very often and so I am always hungery and it seems I eat larger portions to get that fool feeling with non filling foods or empty calories...??
Am excited to get on with my goal of losing 1lb a week or 5 per month...!
