I broke down crying in Walmart tonight. I just had a really bad day at work, so I was destined to melt down. Jeff sent me a text saying he wanted a Little Caesars hot-n-ready pizza, so I went thru the drivethru after work and grabbed a pizza and 8 piece wing. I ate the wings and 2 pieces of pizza, and regretted breaking my vegan diet the second I finished. I went straight to bed for 3 hours from 5-8pm, and woke up also regretting taking a nap. I came in the living room and told Jeff I needed to run to the store so we went to Walmart together. I've gained so much weight that I dont EVER where shorts, but since we started riding bikes, I need shorts so the pant legs dont get wrapped in the bike chains. So, I commence looking at shorts. They had these cute bike shorts and matching jackets, so I slide the size 16-18 jacket off the hanger and try it on. Jeff says I need to try a bigger size and hands me a size 20. I refused. I hung everything back up and he argued with me that I need to be comfortable and the others just looked tight. I started bawling.

You sound like your in a vicious circle going round and round. You need to get your partner on board with getting healthy. It's not just about looking good, but for your health. You want to have a long quality life. I would skip take for a while and concentrate on eating healthy meals at home. Plan out your week and get a cooler to take to work. You can pack everything you need in it. Many times to you make and freeze dinner or use a crock pot so you are not starving when you get home. If he wants Little Caesars, tell him to get it himself. You need to learn to say no and take care of yourself. If you show him your serious maybe he will get on board. Eating just watermelon for breakfast and lunch will make you starving for dinner and that's when we lose control. Find a good caloric intake and split up the calories for all all day. Protein and high fiber foods fill us up and help us lose best. Take it one day at a time. It's great your biking. Being active together is awesome, now you just have to get the diet part down.
